We were new to the Naples area and Matt took the time to show us from one side to the other. Staying very patient as we moved through neighborhoods and communities, he learned and noted what we were looking for in a house and lifestyle. In an intense market, and after losing several homes to higher offers, Matt never lost hope and remained confident the perfect home would be found. He was spot on, and we found our perfect home where our initial home search started, back in Naples Park. Matt has exceeded every expectation and we are now happy Naples homeowners and ready to enjoy the beach and Southern Florida living.

Matt is incredible! Despite having a difficult selling agent (to put it mildly), Matt helped us every step of the way and gave us great advice throughout the whole process. We recommend him! We will always use him going forward with any other property purchases we make. He has a lot of knowledge about houses in all price ranges and always points out the good or bad in each, always giving his honest opinion which is refreshing in this day and age.

Matt is patient, highly responsive, and takes extra steps to make sure that buyers are getting a good deal. He understands the market in Naples and quickly learned the type of property we were interested in.
