Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a form (contact, home valuation, property inquiry, listing updates) we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone number, property address, and your message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, and we may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and to remember preferences such as saved properties in your browser.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and provide real estate services.
• To send you listings, market updates or other information you asked for.
• To operate, secure and improve the site, including spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA).
• To comply with legal obligations and real estate licensing rules.

Text messages and calls

By submitting a form and checking the consent box you agree that Matt Bianchini may contact you by phone, email and SMS about real estate services. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Bonnycastle Realty, service providers that help us run the site and manage inquiries (for example hosting, email, CRM and automation tools), and where required by law. Listing data on this site comes from the Southwest Florida MLS and is subject to its terms.

Third-party services

The site may use Google Analytics or Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics, Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA. Those services collect information under their own privacy policies. Links to other websites, including vacation rental and brokerage sites, are governed by those sites' policies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to texts, block cookies in your browser, and ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honor on request.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
