Matt is incredible! Despite having a difficult selling agent (to put it mildly), Matt helped us every step of the way and gave us great advice throughout the whole process. We definitely recommend him! We will always use him going forward with any other property purchases we make. He has a lot of knowledge about houses in all price ranges and always points out the good/bad in each, always giving his honest opinion which is refreshing in this day and age.

From our first meeting with Matt, my wife and I could see that him closing a sale was a distant second to our interests. We came right out and explained that we weren't going to buy for at least 12-18 months. This did not change his interest at all. For the next 13 months I continued to get emails with properties that fit our criteria and we spoke on the phone on occasion. When we finally decided to pull the trigger in late May, he became very focused and had us looking at only properties he somehow knew we would like. He also leveraged his local market knowledge to help us avoid making an offer he considered to be too high. We did well to trust his local knowledge and instinct. Bottom line: Matt got us into a place that is much nicer than we had hoped for a price that leaves us with zero concern and no regard with how the market goes from here. We just spent 5 days in our new home and still cannot believe we pulled this off. Thank you Matt.

My husband and I bought our first home in December of 2019. Matt was our realtor, and made the process that much better. When we began our search, Matt found several homes that fit our liking. From there, he narrowed down the things we liked and disliked about each home we saw. Then he ultimately found us our dream home that fit every recommendation we gave him. Matt truly listens to what you like/dislike and will point you in the right direction. Matt is very knowledgeable about each step of the process and makes sure that you are protected in your contract so that you get exactly what you want. He is always available to answer your questions, and will follow up with you when he says he will. Matt will do the walk through with you to make sure the home is exactly as it is stated in the contract. If something is missing, he will address the people necessary. Matt also makes sure that once you have moved in, that everything is going smoothly. Matt truly was the greatest blessing in buying our first home.
